I always try to find a solution to life’s little struggles. If there is a way to do something, there must also be a way to do it better. From an early age, I was involved in carpentry with my father and grandfather in the garage. In high school I won several awards for my woodworking skills. I enjoy working with wood because with my hands and the use of some simple tools, you can turn a piece of wood into functional art.
Now, with over 30 years of carpentry experience, I am branching out to develop my own business and create original products. One day, I saw my wife wrestling with our cabinet full of containers and lids. Several tumbled out falling to the floor, when only one was needed. I also found it hard to get any spices from the back of the spice cabinet without knocking several out. There had to be a better way! The slide out cabinet caddies I developed solved our storage problems. Upper cabinet storage solutions with slide out convenience: UpperSlide Cabinet Caddies evolved from there. Now we want to share them with the world.

I knew I could build the quality in, and I made it my mission to have as much "Made in USA" content as possible in the products I make.
